The location is perfect for exploring the city, as it's very close to Al Ras metro station. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the city skyline. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They accepted scanned copy of passport as passport was with employers.The bell boys were lovely and polite, and I had no issues with noise.
The TV in the room didn't work.

Convenient location near various attractions and public transportation. Spacious rooms with essential amenities. Good security measures in place. Stunning views of the creek and lively spice market nearby. Easy access to traditional restaurants and local shops.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel near a bus stand and Al-Ras metro station. The location was very convenient for me as I could easily avail the Big Bus to explore the city. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying.
Slight improvements can be made for an even better experience.

Great location, close to metro station and popular areas for shopping and sightseeing. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities provided. Extra security measures in place, ensuring a safe stay.
Poor breakfast options and not up to standard. Lack of towels and water bottles provided in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the metro station. The location was perfect, as it was close to many tourist attractions and the old town. We were able to easily explore the city and its vibrant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was really good, making us feel comfortable and at home.

The location of Hafez Hotel was perfect, just one minute away from the metro station. Being able to easily access public transportation made exploring the city easy.
